The sensor imitates the status of the leaves in the canopy, detecting the presence of water or ice anywhere in the sensor surface by the measurement of the dielectric constant. Power requirements: From 2.5 VDC @ 2 mA to 5 VDC @ 7 mA. Output signal: 320-1000 mV @ 3V excitation Operating Temperature: -20ºC a + 60ºC
