A system that continuously monitors water quality, recording and transmitting data, warnings, and images periodically or in real time from anywhere in the world.


For water quality measurement

The system continuously monitors all water quality parameters: physicochemical, biochemical, organic, presence of hydrocarbons, etc., and even the water level in real-time.

A subset or combination of sensors can be chosen from the following list of parameters for each solution:

The measurement stations are based on the HYDRODATA datalogger, and they can function as individual units or as part of a monitoring NETWORK.

The recorded data is automatically transmitted to a Central Station using any of the available communication systems, GPRS/3G/4G, radio link or via INMARSAT satellite with global coverage. The system can also transmit colour still images of the site by centralised command or in automatic sequential mode, to view the surrounding area, the river’s water level and even the presence of intruders.

All of the information can be published on the WEBTRANS Ubiquitas Internet Platform (WEB posting), in which case data from all of the stations in the network will be universally available to authorised users with Internet access.

If any of the measured parameters exceed the alarm thresholds preset for each one, the HYDRODATA unit will generate up to five SMS text-message alerts and send them automatically to the network managers.
